Palmses aastatel 1883\u20131886 tegutsenud esimene ministeeriumikool oli venekeelse suunitlusega, selle esimene \u00f5petaja Tartu vene seminaris hariduse saanud Eduard Langsepp. V\u00f5sule elama asunud Langsepa eestvedamisel hakati siia rajama esimest kooli ja 1898. aastal avatigi see venekeelse \u00f5ppeprogrammiga. Esimeseks \u00f5petajaks sai Jaan T\u00f5nissoni pooldaja ja eestimeelsuse levitaja Dido J\u00f5esaar. Oma vaadete p\u00e4rast vabastati ta Langsepa ettepanekul 1907. aastal nii koolmeistri kui ka Ilum\u00e4e k\u00f6stri kohast. J\u00f5esaar aga j\u00e4tkas Eesti Rahvameelse Eduerakonna ideede propageerimist ja 1908. aasta alguses alustas tema eestvedamisel tegevust V\u00f5su Noorsoo Kasvatuse Selts. Seltsil oli oma segakoor, n\u00e4itering ja rahvatantsur\u00fchm. 1908. aastal avati seltsi juures ka esimene eestikeelne \u201cesimese j\u00e4rgu\u201d erakool. Selts ehitas 1911. aastal Vabaduse t\u00e4nava l\u00f5ppu seltsimaja, kuhu koondus kogu kultuuri- ja isetegevus. Majas oli suur lavaga saal, riietehoid, esinejate ruum ja raamatukogu. Hoonesse kolis ka seltsi erakool, mis 1920. aastal koos Langsepa kooliga kuueklassiliseks algkooliks liideti. Osa \u00f5ppet\u00f6\u00f6st j\u00e4i siiski seltsimajja kuni 1932. aastani, mil valmis uus V\u00f5su koolimaja. The first ministerial school that operated in Palmse in 1883-1886 had Russian as its language of instruction. Its first teacher was Eduard Langsepp, who had been educated at Tartu Russian Seminar (\u2018Tartu vene seminar<\/i>\u2019 in Estonian). Under the leadership of Langsepp who had moved to V\u00f5su, work commenced on the first local school and in 1898 the educational institution was opened, offering its curriculum in Russian. As its first teacher the school employed Dido J\u00f5esaar who was a supporter of Jaan T\u00f5nisson, statesman and leader of the national movement, as well as being an enthusiastic advocate for Estonian-mindedness. As a result of his views, following a recommendation by Langsepp, J\u00f5esaar was relieved of his duties in 1907 both as schoolmaster and Ilum\u00e4e sacristan. Nevertheless, J\u00f5esaar continued to promote the ideas of the Estonian Progressive People\u2019s Party (\u2018Eesti Rahvameelne Eduerakond<\/i>\u2019 in Estonian). At the beginning of 1908 V\u00f5su Young People\u2019s Educational Society (\u2018V\u00f5su Noorsoo Kasvatuse Selts<\/i>\u2019 in Estonian) commenced operations under his leadership. The society had its own mixed choir, drama club, and folk dance group. In 1908, the first \u2018Grade One\u2019 Estonian private school was also opened and this had links to the society. In 1911, the society built a clubhouse which was located at the end of Vabaduse street (\u2018freedom<\/i>\u2019 in Estonian), which operated as the venue for all local cultural and amateur activities. The building housed a large hall with a stage, a wardrobe, a private room for performers, and a library. The society\u2019s private school relocated to this building as well; however, in 1920 the private school was merged with Langsepp\u2019s school to form a six-grade grammar school. Some of the joint school\u2019s classes were still held at the clubhouse until 1932 when construction work was completed on V\u00f5su\u2019s new school building. From there on, the clubhouse remained open for social activities, while also housing a library and a cinema. In 1958, the building was destroyed in a fire. In 1918, representatives of the communists arrested J\u00f5esaar during an evening party at the clubhouse and murdered him on their way to Narva.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Die in den Jahren 1883\u20131886 in Palmse t\u00e4tig gewesene erste Ministeriumsschule war auf Russisch orientiert, deren erster Lehrer war Eduard Langsepp, der in Tartu am russischen Seminar seinen Abschluss gemacht hatte. Unter Anf\u00fchrung von Langsepp, der sich in V\u00f5su niedergelassen hatte, wurde hier mit der Errichtung der ersten Schule begonnen und im Jahr 1898 wurde es mit russischsprachigem Curriculum er\u00f6ffnet. Der erste Lehrer wurde hier der Bef\u00fcrworter von Jaan T\u00f5nisson und Verbreiter des estnischen Gesinnung \u2013 Dido J\u00f5esaar. Wegen seiner Ansichten wurde er auf Vorschlag von Langsepp im Jahr 1907 sowohl des Amtes als Schullehrer als auch als K\u00fcster von Ilum\u00e4e enthoben. Hr. J\u00f5esaar setzte aber mit Propaganda f\u00fcr die Ideen der Estnischen Nationalgesinnten Fortschrittspartei fort und Anfang des Jahres 1908 hat unter seiner Anf\u00fchrung die Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Jugenderziehung V\u00f5su ihre T\u00e4tigkeit aufgenommen. Die Gesellschaft hatte ihren eigenen gemischten Chor, Schauspielzirkel und Volkstanzgruppe. Im Jahr 1908 wurde bei der Gesellschaft auch die erste estnischsprachige Privatschule \u201edes ersten Ranges\u201c er\u00f6ffnet. Im Jahr 1911 hat die Gesellschaft am Ende der Vabaduse-Stra\u00dfe ein Gesellschaftshaus gebaut, wo sich alle Kultur- und Hobbyt\u00e4tigkeiten konzentrierten. Im Haus gab es einen gro\u00dfen Saal mit B\u00fchne, Kleidungsablage, Raum f\u00fcr Artisten und Bibliothek. Auch die Privatschule der Gesellschaft, die im Jahr 1920 zusammen mit der Schule von Langsepp zu einer sechskl\u00e4ssigen Grundschule zusammengelegt wurde, ist in das Geb\u00e4ude umgezogen. Teilweise ist die Unterrichtsarbeit jedoch bis zum 1932, als das neue Schulhaus in V\u00f5su fertig wurde, im Gesellschaftshaus geblieben. Das Gesellschaftshaus ist danach f\u00fcr Gesellschaftsarbeit geblieben, hier waren die Bibliothek und der Kinosaal. Im Jahr 1958 wurde das Haus durch Brand zerst\u00f6rt.
